Color Street announced Compensation Plan enhancements, effective July 1. Building on changes made earlier this year, these updates are designed to further reward team building and recognize its independent sales force as the brand celebrates its 8-year anniversary.
The new Compensation Plan updates provide Stylists the opportunity to earn enhanced retail commissions sooner, with smaller, more achievable steps early in the career plan and the ability to unlock maximum retail commissions at a lower threshold. Stylists will also gain visibility into 2 additional levels, unlocking the ability to earn level commissions on three levels of their community.
“While we are embarking on a multi-pronged go-to-market strategy that modernizes the customer experience, we remain committed to the direct sales channel and the core pillar and anchor for future success lies within our independent sales force,” Color Street shared. “Rewarding our Stylists earlier and often, especially those just getting started, has always been key to the long-term success of our community.”‘
Color Street Stylists have a 40% potential retail commission on personal sales and an additional 15% on the sales of their Level 1 for 55% total retail commissions. Upcoming enhancements will add 3% on Level 2, and 2% on Level 3, reinforcing stable earning potential for loyal builders and dedicated sellers who have developed communities over their tenure with the business.
Updates will take effect July 1, 2025. Color Street is excited about the road ahead and the opportunities this new plan will bring.
