Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2024. The company’s fourth-quarter net sales increased 8.5% to $118.2 million, compared to $108.9 million in the same period last year. This growth was even stronger in constant currency, reaching 10%. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter increased 6% to $10.3 million, while Adjusted EBITDA saw a slight 0.3% increase to $40.5 million.
For the full year, net sales rose 2% to $454.4 million from $445.3 million in 2023. Operating income was $164 million, down from $167 million in 2023.
These totals highlight record revenue for the company, with the fourth quarter reaching the highest revenue in the company’s 52-year history. The company pointed out other key drivers to its success, including a 21% growth in Asia Pacific and a digital sales surge (17%) in North America.

The company ended the year with cash and cash equivalents of $84.7 million and no outstanding debt. Forecasts for the full year 2025 includes net sales between $445 and $470 million with an adjusted EBITDA between $38 million to $44 million.
