Amway released its 2023 US Impact Report, highlighting its initiatives, efforts and programs that are designed to give back to local communities and safeguard the environment. Amway distributors and employees donated more than 212,000 volunteer hours serving others and contributed significant funds toward causes important to the brand. In particular, distributors and employees donated more than $155,000 in relief efforts to aid Hawaii residents in Lahaina who suffered from the effects of wildfires.
These efforts are part of Amway’s long-standing tradition of giving back. Since 1983, Amway and its distributors have donated more than $35 million to date to Easterseals, an organization that supports children and adults with disabilities.
As part of its environmental protection initiatives, Amway is dedicated to conserving energy in its manufacturing process. It’s nearly 6,000 acres of organic farmland used to grow the brand’s botanicals prioritizes sustainability and pollution prevention, and its Washington state Trout Lake West farm turns plant waste and local dairy manure into compost.
