doTERRA, in partnership with nonprofit development organization CHOICE Humanitarian, hosted a special event titled “Breakfast of Humanitarians” at its headquarters. In celebration of World Water Day, the event highlighted the transformative water projects the two entities have collaborated on in the past decade in regions like Nepal and Kenya.
This partnership is an extension of doTERRA’s Co-Impact Sourcing model, which works to empower communities by creating sustainable economic opportunities and positive social impact where the company’s oils are sourced. Through its work with CHOICE Humanitarian, doTERRA endeavors to disrupt poverty through the provision of access to clean water.
“I’m grateful we could gather on World Water Day to celebrate collaboration and compassion,” said Bishnu Adhikari, doTERRA Director of Co-Impact Sourcing. “I am honored that we have united in our mission to disrupt poverty and help heal the world. Together with CHOICE and through our Co-Impact Sourcing initiatives, we support access to safe water, education, and economic opportunities, transforming lives worldwide.”
