doTERRA was named one of the 100 Companies Championing Women in Utah by the Inspire in Utah initiative, on behalf of the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity. This honor is granted for policies, procedures and opportunities that support women in the workforce.
doTERRA was specifically honored for its equal pay and equity pay analyses, onsite childcare benefits, infertility and adoption benefits, Women’s Employee Resource Group and flexible remote work policy.
