For the past four years, dōTERRA has fulfilled product orders within the state of Hawaii through a third-party vendor. That model will now change with the grand opening of its new 7,500 square foot product center. dōTERRA’s new facility will support about 180,000 orders annually and will allow the company to bring its operations in-house, with a designated space for customers to pick up their orders.
“As dōTERRA continues to grow, we seek solutions that give customers quick and convenient access to our pure essential oils and other health and wellness products, while also being mindful of our impact on the environment,” said Corey Lindley, dōTERRA CEO. “dōTERRA has a strong presence in Hawaii, supporting over 15,000 orders each month. We are thrilled to open this state-of-the-art facility to serve Hawaii’s growing customer base with fewer shipments of packages, thus helping us towards our goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2030. The new product center also strengthens our connection to the community and our sourcing and philanthropic efforts of significant reforestation efforts on the island of Hawai’i in which we are currently engaged.”
