Dallas-based Kynect announced the additions of Donna Valdes and Allen Spence to its executive team. The hires come as the company readies for continued national expansion.
Valdes brings more than two decades of experience leading multimillion-dollar direct sales operations and will lead as Senior Vice President of Sales and Field Development.

Spence, whose 15 years of career experience in product development and growth and marketing strategies, will serve as Senior Vice President of Innovations, Services and Product. His new role will focus on refining the company’s catalog to better suit today’s consumer and their digital lifestyle.

The expansion of the executive team follows the company’s launch of the invite-only savings and earnings app Truvvi™, with more product launches to be announced in 2021.
