Mary Kay Inc. announced it was recognized in the 2019 Spring Omni Awards with a coveted gold ranking for its Link & Learn™ sales education system.
The e-learning platform hosts a learning curriculum designed to amplify educational support for the independent sales force and increase their business success. It also connects Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants to a learning community based on content, accessibility and localization.

The Omni Awards exist to recognize outstanding achievements in film/video, web and mobile media. Entries are accepted from countries all around the world. The judging process brings together a wide variety of talented professionals working for highly respected companies. Companies represented by the awards committee include the Olympic organization committee, CNN, NBC, ABC, PBS, US Army, Cartoon Network, Disney, Associated Press and Sodium Entertainment, among many others.
