Stemtech Corporation and Seacret Direct, LLC (VIÁGO), have agreed to merge their businesses. Stemtech CEO and Chairman Charles S. Arnold will continue as Chairman of the holding company, while VIÁGO CEO Izhak Ben Shabat will serve as CEO.

Seacret Direct has rebranded as Viago. The company is still promoting its retail product lines, including its skincare and body care that is formulated using minerals from the Dead Sea, as well as nutrition offerings.

Seacret Direct unveiled the new Seacret ENERGY, a botanically-derived stamina boosting beverage as the latest addition to its nutritional product portfolio. This new energy drink is USDA-certified organic, has no added sugar and is made of natural ingredients.
