USANA Health Sciences, Inc. has named Xia Ding, who currently serves as Vice President of e-commerce Asia Pacific and Latin America at Nike, to its board of directors.
Ding is known for her leadership in the e-commerce and digital business sector and has held management titles at a number of global online and omnichannel retailers.

In 2018, Ding was recognized by Forbes as one of the Top 100 Most Successful Businesswomen in China and, in 2017, Forbes included her in their Top 10 Most Influential People in China Fashion Industry list.
