Canadian luxury skincare brand Atmosphera announced it will launch in the US in the spring of 2026. To support this expansion, the company has appointed three new executive team members to drive operational scale and long-term sustainability.
Steve Raack has been named Chief Operations Officer. Raack brings more than two decades of executive experience within well-known direct selling brands and will lead operations, growth strategy and product development. Raack will also oversee the creation of the company’s hybrid sales model, which will integrate direct sales, affiliate, commerce and community-led growth.
Mia Davis has been appointed Chief Impact Officer. Davis brings executive-level experience in eco-friendly leadership and food waste diversion programs, and will focus on reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainability, ensuring ingredient safety, packaging innovation, climate accountability and social impact.
Christy Hucks and Katya Johnson will now serve as Co-Chief Executive Officers. Both Hucks and Johnson bring successful field leadership experience and will now work in partnership with founder Katelyn Rousselle to bring operational discipline and mission-driven impact.
“The beauty industry has an enormous influence on our culture and on the economy and environment,” Davis said. “Atmosphera is committed to holistic, long-term responsibility; we know that brands can do well while doing far better than the status quo. I’m excited to help build systems that focus on safety, sustainability, and moving the industry and economy in a more circular direction.”
