Herbalife Ltd. announced Stephan Gratziani has been named Chief Executive Officer. Gratziani began his career as an independent Herbalife distributor and built his organization into one of the top global distributorships before joining as Herbalife Chief Strategy Officer in 2023 and President in 2024.

“Stephan came into the company and his impact was immediate,” said Michael Johnson, Herbalife Chairman and CEO. “As a proven leader, Stephan is the right CEO at the right time to keep our company at the forefront of direct selling and solidify our position as a leader in the health and wellness industry.”

Gratziani’s stated vision for the company includes merging Herbalife’s distributor network with health and wellness technology, as well as modernization of the business and what the company described as redefining direct selling. He succeeds Michael Johnson, who will now transition to the role of Executive Chairman.
