J.Hilburn has named Stein Ove Fenne as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Dave DeFeo, who has served as CEO since 2019, will retire but remain on the company’s board of directors as a member and advisor to the management team. 

In his previous role at a direct selling company, Fenne oversaw a $1 billion division and was influential in developing a high-performing leadership culture, innovative digital strategies and social media initiatives.
