Herbalife announced the appointment of Rodica Macadrai to its board of directors. Macadrai has been an Herbalife distributor since 1994, building a global business across 50 markets since then and earning a place in the company’s Chairman’s Club. 

“Rodica will be a valuable addition to our board, and we look forward to her insight and contributions as an experienced independent distributor in helping guide board decisions,” said Michael Johnson, Herbalife Chairman and CEO. 

Macadrai replaces Stephan Gratziani, who resigned earlier this year to become the company’s Chief Strategy Officer.
