Transamerica, the parent company of World Financial Group (WFG), announced Rob Carney has been named Chief Distribution Officer (CDO) for the company’s Individual Solutions division. Carney has more than three decades of experience in financial services sales leadership and will now lead the distribution strategy for Transamerica’s life, annuities and mutual fund products working with the brokerage and bank channels, including independent agency network WFG.
