The Real Brokerage Inc. announced Ravi Jani has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Javi joined Real in 2023 as Vice President of Investor Relations and Financial Planning & Analysis. Since then, the company has more than doubled in size and Jani has played a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, investor engagement and long-term planning. Jani has also helped develop new products, including Real Wallet, a proprietary financial platform, and launched Real’s monthly agent sentiment survey that is used as a resource for market insights.

Jani brings more than 15 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets and financial strategy and is a veteran of Wall Street and corporate finance.
