eXp Realty announced Leo Pareja, formerly Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Pareja has more than two decades of real estate experience and has been a key leader in eXp Realty’s strategy development to increase value proposition for agents.
