LimeLife announced Laurent Billion has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Billion has played an integral role in LimeLife’s success since the company partnered with the L’OCCITANE Group in 2017, and led in a number of key roles, including consultant, Chief Operations Officer and Chairman.

Former CEO Madison Mallardi-Bouchard announced that she, along with Founder Michele Gay, have transferred all ownership shares over to L’OCCITANE Group. With this transition, the L’OCCITANE Group will hold full ownership of LimeLife moving forward.

“Laurent Billion will step into my role as CEO effective immediately,” Mallardi-Bouchard wrote in a statement. “He has been a pleasure to work with and brings a depth of experience and commitment that I trust wholeheartedly. I know he will do what’s best for LimeLife’s future, continuing the mission that brought us all here.”
