The Real Brokerage Inc. announced agent leader Ken Pozek, founder and leader of The Pozek Group, has joined the company’s board of directors. This appointment reflects the company’s mission to empowering agents to have a direct voice in shaping its strategic direction.

Pozek began his real estate career in 2003 as an investor and appraiser and is known for his market expertise, innovation and agent development.
