The Body Shop, owned by Natura &Co, announced Jordan Searle will now serve as General Manager, North America. Searle joined The Body Shop in 2021 as Vice President of Omnichannel and has previous experience working with lifestyle apparel brands developing sales distribution and commercial strategies. 

Searle will now oversee growth acceleration and expansion of the brand’s concept stores in Canada, drive customer acquisition and accelerate the company’s ESG impact.
