NewAge, Inc. announced the appointment of Jennifer Grafton to the role of Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Previously, Grafton worked in a similar capacity for a global supply chain management software company, and has experience in public company representation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Jennifer’s experience will play a key role in supporting NewAge’s continued growth and commitment to best practices in corporate governance.”
Grafton holds a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Puget Sound, a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
