The Real Brokerage Inc. announced the appointment of Jason Cassity to the role of Chief Growth Officer. Cassity has been a top-producing realtor and team leader in San Diego for more than a decade and has also served as a Growth Ambassador for the company, partnering with agents and leadership to attract talent and strengthen community engagement.

In this new role, Cassity will build, lead and accelerate the company’s growth strategy for its brokerage business and will own vision and execution of scalable agent acquisition, activation and engagement initiatives.
