eXp Realty announced Holly Mabery has been promoted to Chief Brokerage Officer. Mabery has served as Senior Vice President of Brokerage Operations since 2024 and has been a critical part of supporting eXp’s scale while refining state brokerage teams and compliance framework components.

Mabery is an influential voice in the real estate industry and was named President of the 2026 Real Estate Business Institute (REB) Board of Directors, which the company believes will help ensure eXp Realty remains at the forefront of brokerage management standards. In this new role, Mabery will work to elevate the brokerage experience and ensure safety, compliance and support for agents and clients.
