Groupe Rocher
In July, Groupe Rocher, the parent company for Arbonne, began operating under a separate governance structure and has now unveiled its new operational organization. Included in this structure is a new Executive Committee whose leaders will be tasked with improving the group’s profitability, ensuring the group meets its financial commitments and preparing for the future through effective ESG initiatives.
This new committee is led by Jean-David Schwartz, the group’s CEO, and includes:
- Bris Rocher, Chairman of the Groupe Rocher
Rocher is the grandson of founder Yves Rocher and was appointed CEO in 2006. - Jean-David Schwartz, Groupe Rocher CEO
Schwartz joined Groupe Rocher in 2002 and was named CEO of Arbonne in 2018, CEO of Yves Rocher in 2022, and ultimately CEO of Groupe Rocher in 2023. - Jeanne Renard, Chief People & Mission Officer
Renard joined the committee in 2022 and is responsible for HR, organization, CSR, the Mission Committee and corporate communications. - Laurent Delaurière, Chief Finance & Legal Officer
Delaurière has spent his entire career within Groupe Rocher and has served in the Treasury Department since 1993. - Stanislas Duthier, Chief Information Systems Officer
Duthier has experience as a development engineer and consultant and joined the Groupe Rocher in 2020. - Vincent Taglioni, Chief Operations Officer
Taglioni joined Groupe Rocher in 2006, leading the Purchasing Department, Supply Chain and Distribution Department before becoming Chief Operations Officer of Arbonne in 2018. He was named Group COO in 2023. - Guillaume Darrousez, Chief Executive Officer Yves Rocher
Darrousez joined Groupe Rocher in 2015 as CEO of Yves Rocher for Northern and Central Europe, then CEO of Yves Rocher International. He was named CEO of Yves Rocher brand in 2023. - Jennifer Orlando, Chief Executive Officer Arbonne
Orlando has extensive management experience in retail and cosmetics and joined Groupe Rocher in 2019 as Groupe Rocher’s Vice President of Field Community for Arbonne. She was named Arbonne CEO in 2023. - Joffrey Chartier, Chief Executive Officer Sabon
Chartier has extensive experience working within renowned French leaders in the cosmetics and luxury goods markets. He joined Groupe Rocher as Sabon CEO in2020. - Stéphanie Marnat-Chastenet, Chief Executive Officer Stanhome
Marnat-Chastenet brings executive management and logistics experience within the home, beauty and personal care products industries. She joined Groupe Rocher in 2007 and was named CEO of Stanhome brand in 2022. - Matthieu Gomart, Chief Executive Officer Flormar
Gomart is a finance executive who joined Groupe Rocher in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer. He was named CEO of Yves Rocher Russia in 2014, then CEO of Flormar in 2020. - Alexandre Rubin, Chief Executive Officer Petit Bateau
Rubin has extensive retail management experience and joined Groupe in 2014. He was appointed CEO of textile brand Petit Bateau in 2023
