Following the retirement of former President Dan Moore last year, Southwestern Advantage (SWA) announced that Dave Causer, President of Global Educational Concepts (GEC), a sister brand also under the umbrella of Southwestern Family of Companies (SWFC), will now serve as SWA President. 

Causer joined the company in 1971 as a college freshman and, after participating in the company’s sales and leadership program, became part of the company’s leadership in 1976. In addition to leading SWA, Causer will continue to serve as head of GEC. 

“Dave Causer’s long tenure with Southwestern Advantage will add tremendous value and leadership as Dan transitions to the next chapter of his life,” said Henry Bedford, CEO and Chairman of the Board at SWFC. “Dave is a product of the SWA sales and leadership program. He is one of the many examples of how college participants can have a life-long career with the many offerings of Southwestern Family of Companies.”
