Helo Corp., the parent company for direct selling brand Vyvo, announced it has appointed Clayton Jones to its executive team as Chief Legal Officer. Jones practiced corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, before stepping into executive and general counsel positions within the direct selling industry and beyond.
