Herbalife Ltd. announced a planned leadership transition for its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. Following the upcoming retirement of current CFO John DeSimone at the end of this year, Scott Schaefer, currently Senior Vice President of Finance and Transformation will assume the role on January 1, 2027.
Schaefer has extensive executive leadership experience, including 16 years at Amazon subsidiary Zappos.com, where he ultimately served as President and CEO, and brings expertise in enterprise strategy, digital-first growth agendas, operations optimization, financial planning and analytics.

DeSimone has been a vital part of the Herbalife leadership team for almost two decades and held a number of executive roles, including President and Chief Strategic Officer.
