eXp Realty announced the promotion of Carolyn Merchant to the role of Chief Marketing Officer. Merchant has more than two decades of experience in marketing and has previously served as Vice President of Brand and Communications at eXp Realty. 

Merchant will now lead the next evolution of brand and marketing efforts for eXp Realty and focus on agent enablement and growth.
