As part of its leadership succession plan, inGroup International announced that Anthony Varvaro, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, has taken on the additional role of Co-Manager. Varvaro succeeds Frank Codina, who stepped down as Co-Chief Executive Officer and gradually transferred his responsibilities to Varvaro to ensure continuity. Varvaro will work alongside CEO and Founder Michael “Hutch” Hutchison, who will also serve as Executive Chairman.

The company stated that this planned leadership transition was designed to position the company for its next phase of growth and reflects its “commitment to strong governance, operational excellence and long-term strategic growth.”

“Frank contributed meaningfully to our company’s growth over the past decade, and we are grateful for the role he played in helping build our business,” Hutchison said. “We wish him every success in this next chapter of his professional journey.”
