Betterware de Mexico announced shifts in its internal management team and organizational structure as the company expands its geographical presence and prepares to support future growth in those regions. 

Andrés Campos, previously Betterware Mexico CEO, will now serve as Betterware Group CEO. This role includes Betterware and Jafra brands in Mexico and internationally. Andrés has been a part of Betterware for 11 years, serving as Betterware Commercial Director from 2013-2018, and is known for his leadership ability and strategic vision. 

Santiago Campos, previously Chief Transformation Officer, has been named Managing Director of Betterware Mexico. Santiago has also served as Chief Marketing Officer, as well as taking rotational periods within the sales and quality teams for Betterware, and has a unique understanding of the role. 

Alejandra Ulloa, Chief Financial Officer, and Luis G. Campos, Chairman of the Board, will oversee these promotions to ensure a seamless transition and actively participate in the strategic planning and direction of the company.
