LifeVantage recently welcomed Alissa Neufeld to its executive team as the company’s General Counsel. Neufeld brings experience working in mergers and acquisitions at a national law firm and has held in-house counsel positions, including four years within the direct selling industry.
Neufeld cited CEO Steve Fife’s leadership as one of the reasons for accepting this new role. “When I met Steve, he was clearly brilliant, but what drew me to him was his positive energy and vision,” Neufeld said. “I felt strongly that LifeVantage was on the precipice of doing something exciting, and I wanted to be a part of it.”
Neufeld also pointed to LifeVantage’s commitment to inclusion and its gender-diverse senior management team, as well as the company’s family-focused culture as important factors in her decision to join the executive team.
“I know numbers are the way we tend to measure success, and, of course, it is important that the numbers are there,” Neufeld says. “However, for me, the truest win is when the people around you feel positive, engaged and happy about their work and their accomplishments. I feel that LifeVantage provides that culture, and I am incredibly thankful to be a part of it.”
