Tranont was honored at the 19th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The company took home a Bronze Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in the Consumer Products & Services category. Loni Smith, a Tranont customer success training manager, was also awarded a Bronze Stevie for Customer Service Training Professional of the Year.
Tranont’s Customer Success Team includes 24 employees who support 35,000 Tranont distributors around the world, and recently implemented a new call system that significantly increased phone support satisfaction rates.
The Stevie Awards judges panel selected Tranont because of its focus on the “three pillars of a successful CX department: TALENT, TECH, and DATA” and its “excellence in transformation and execution, backed by robust metrics and compelling feedback from both customers and employees.”
Smith was praised as a manager who drove positive results and improvements, including improved KPIs, increased output and expenses that came in under budget. Under her leadership, ticket rate per staff member increased by almost 40%.
