Tranont, in partnership with nonprofit Sleep in Heavenly Peace, hosted a community service project that built 40 bunk beds for kids in need living in Utah. Individuals from the community as well as Tranont employees invested six hours assembling the beds which will be delivered along with mattresses and bedding to children who are currently sleeping on the floor or on couches.
“Giving back in our community is central to our mission to change life for good,” said Russell Losee, Tranont Co-Owner. “We take that responsibility personally. We organize monthly service projects, but helping children have a comfortable place to sleep every night is a cause that we personally feel passionate about, which is why we got other businesses involved.”
Sleep in Heavenly Peace is a volunteer-led organization that relies on company partnerships for both labor and donations and always has a waiting list of families who need assistance.
