Stemtech Corporation, a nutraceutical direct selling company, finalized a definitive agreement with Globe Net Wireless Corp. to merge into one public company.
In 2018, Stemtech Corporation acquired the operations of Stemtech International, which was founded in 2005 and was known as the Stem Cell Nutrition Company.
“Completing our public listing is a significant milestone in the history of Stemtech,” said Chairman and CEO Charles Arnold. “Becoming a publicly traded company gives us the platform to continue our leadership role in the growing nutraceutical sector, as well as providing better access to quality capital, enabling us to expand operations and significantly bolster our marketing efforts, both domestically and internationally. Stemtech has a unique corporate culture that has been forged over 16 years of its history, with an extremely loyal base of customers and independent distributors that believe in our mission of fostering innovation, wellness and prosperity for all of our key stakeholders.”
The company now plans to ramp up production and delivery of its products to a global audience and will fund continued research and development as it brings new products to market.
Stemtech also recently created a Life Sciences Advisory Board (LSAB) to provide counsel to the company on issues relating to stem cell nutrition, the business opportunity and general health and wellness. The most recent addition to this board is practicing physician Dr. Enrique Martinez, who has acted as medical advisor to other global corporations, has extensive knowledge of the Stemtech nutritional product line, and is an active network marketer.
“Stemtech is proud to include Dr. Enrique Martinez to its prestigious board,” said Chief Operating Officer John W. Meyer. “Dr. Martinez brings an extensive pedigree to the LSAB as a medical advisor. With an extensive background in occupational medicine and general practice, Dr. Martinez has practiced in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. He excelled to become one of Stemtech’s highest ranking and valued leaders, having joined Stemtech almost at the beginning.”
