Mannatech’s latest hire underscores the nutrition company’s renewed focus on equipping independent sales Associates. Industry veteran Ben Mayo is joining Mannatech as Vice President, Global Sales Systems, to lead the development of sales tools, training and best practices.
Mayo has been charged with helping Associates build their businesses by implementing effective tools and skills training, alongside targeted incentives and promotions. To identify the needs of Mannatech’s global salesforce, which numbers more than 200,000, Mayo will collaborate with the company’s regional presidents, general managers and field leaders.

In his new role, Mayo will draw from more than 20 years of experience in the direct selling industry. He most recently served as Director of Business Development at SUCCESS Partners, a producer of marketing tools, videos and personal development materials focused on direct selling clients. Also within the industry, Mayo has held an internal sales position as well as a position at marketing agency Sound Concepts.
