LIVE! Technologies has acquired Iacono Productions, creating one of the largest event, specialty fabrication, video production and creative services companies in the Midwest.
Since its founding in 1974, Live Technologies has created and produced over 30,000 live events for premier brands, organizations, business market leaders and top-tier entertainers throughout the country.
“For decades, some of the most memorable live experiences, creative videos and successful brand activations have been created by two Ohio-based companies,” said Rusty Ranney, Live Technologies and Mike Iacono, President of Iacono in a joint statement. “It is our privilege to announce the next chapter for these two storied organizations. This acquisition brings together two enormously successful companies, with services, teams and creative approaches that complement each other perfectly. We will now be able to provide our clients with an even wider range of services, which include a more extensive catalog of inventory and technology, a larger creative services team, and more ways than ever to help our clients create experiences that make audiences say “wow!”
Iacono Productions was established in 1981 by Mike Iacono and has also become one of the nation’s largest live event, media production, brand activation and experiential marketing companies. The firm employs 90 associates with additional offices in Indianapolis, Detroit and Chicago.
