EACH YEAR, WE LOOK FORWARD TO BRINGING YOU AN ANALYSIS of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations’ Global Sales data report. The report for 2020 was a wealth of information. For our cover story, writer Beth Douglass Silcox identifies the 23 global markets
with sales of $1 billion or more from direct selling
. Then, she takes a deep dive into the 2020 numbers to extract the impact our industry is having on economies worldwide and reveals some insights for the future.

To continue growing in this global economy, direct selling companies must make it easy on the customers. In the Simplicity Matters article, industry expert Noah Westerlund explains the business case for building an easy-to-use e-commerce system.

In keeping with the international and global impacts, we were thrilled to get the opportunity to speak with João Paulo Ferreira, President and CEO of Natura &Co and Angela Cretu, Global CEO of Avon. In our Strength in Numbers feature, you can learn about the
